These are wonderful 30-minute peeks into families around the world for children and adults s to enjoy together at home or in the classroom. There is a child or children that are the center of each story and so the viewer connects with the story of another culture in a very personal way. Children like to watch other children. Children watch a peer and want to know that other child as a friend or imagine themselves in the place of that child living a foreign life. It is a wonderfully creative way to get children to open their minds and hearts to a broader world beyond their own backyards.
